This review has taken me way longer than I anticipated and I apologize.
I was a little skeptical when I discovered this book was written by a man. I mean really? A guy knows exactly what a mother needs? I pushed past that idea and discovered that Dustin Maher actually knew something. The book is very diverse and targets so many different things. I love how he included real stories from real moms who have tried and succeeded in losing weight by following his program. He bases his program off of 5 pillars of health- Mindset, Nutrition, Strength training, Burst training, and Environment. The book was written in a motivational demeanor. I felt energized just by reading. The book includes fitness tests, exercises, and even recipes to help moms become fit and lose weight. Fit Moms for Life also includes healthy snack ideas.
I have yet to try anything in the book and the only reason I haven’t is because of me. The real life stories with before and after pictures should be motivation enough. Stop on over at www.fitmomsforlife.com and www.dustinmaherfitness.com for details on how to purchase the book and other things Mr. Maher has to offer and join me in becoming a fit mom!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
