Hallmark Gift Pack Review and Giveaway

I recently worked with Hallmark to review some of their awesome new Christmas items. The items in my gift pack included:

Jingle, Interactive Story Buddy
Recordable Holiday Storybook

Hallmark card with quilled Angel Wings

Jingle is an amazing little husky who, when you read his story to him, interacts with it. He is just too cute! When he hears certain phrases from his book, Jingle All the Way, he will either sing (my favorite part), whimper, or make a happy sound. He doesn’t like my voice so he forgets he’s supposed to listen to me, but likes it when Gwen reads to him. He also responds when you read from the Recordable Storybook, Jingle’s Magical Christmas.

Speaking of the recordable storybook, it doesn’t need to be recorded right away. It comes prerecorded so if you wanted to wait until Christmas and let your kids read and record, that would be a great idea. I will be having my dad record reading it. I think that will be an extra special way to celebrate Christmas. (And keep their grandad around for years!) One of their most favorite times at Christmas is having Grandad stay the night! The storybook is fairly large and has beautiful pictures. The words are easy to read and fairly simple for even younger readers.

The countdown card is great! It features Mickey Mouse (my sister’s favorite character!) with a clock that counts down the days til Christmas. It is easy to set with buttons on the bottom of the card face and you can even turn it off and on to save on the batteries! It is not only a card, but would be a great keepsake and even decoration for it’s recipient!

The quilled Angel Wings card is beautiful! I’m not sure if you know, but I make cards. I don’t, however, quill. I’m not sure I could make them look this good! It comes with a fitted piece of plastic over the wings so it wouldn’t be smashed if you were to send it through the mail.
