I worked with PetSmart to get Belle a costume for Halloween. She is SO spoiled! She loves to wear a jacket this time of year, so I thought “why not get her a costume this year”. Once again, she loved it. I put it on her yesterday and when I took it back off of her yesterday evening, she poked it with her nose as if she was asking me “Please put it back on, mommy!” She does it with her coat and her other clothes she has for winter time. So funny!

I chose an X-Large Martha Stewart Pets Pink Halloween Skeleton Costume. It has a print of a sparkly skeleton on the back and down the legs and on the hat is the face with a little purple bow. There is a hole in the back so you can hook a leash even with it on. It was slightly small around the chest, so if you order, do order a size bigger than you normally would. I have that with everything I get for Belle, though. Since she’s a pit bull mix, I can only assume that it’s because she has more “muscles” up around her chest? I’m not sure. Other than that, I love it! She’s so cute in it & it seems well-made. The material seems lightweight and “breathable”, so it shouldn’t make her overly hot if she keeps it on in the house. It also has She seems happy with it, so that’s all that matters!

Around here, we LOVE animals. Not just cute, cuddly ones. We love and respect them all. I remember sitting and watching deer in fields with dad for hours! If we hunt, it’s to EAT, not just for something pretty to hang on our walls.
